Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- The product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
Please note:
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used tea products.
- Perishable items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund is delayed:
- Check your payment method or bank.
- Contact us if it’s been more than 10 business days after approval.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us to arrange a replacement.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
