Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  • The product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Please note:
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used tea products.
  • Perishable items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

Note: Do not ship any items without prior approval.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your payment method or bank.
  • Contact us if it’s been more than 10 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us to arrange a replacement.


5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).
  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
