Delivery Locations
We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly at joharchaisales@gmail.com to confirm service availability and charges before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During promotional periods or unforeseen events (such as strikes, natural calamities, etc.), order processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Special Zones: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability
These timelines are approximate and may vary based on logistics partners and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 (Free on orders above ₹499)
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can track your order status online through the courier’s portal.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly. We will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address details.
In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier company may re-attempt or return the order to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with or damaged, we request you to not accept the package and notify us immediately via email at joharchaisales@gmail.com with your order ID and images of the package.
We will initiate an investigation and offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or refund.
